This humble remodel of a walk street bungalow is a tactical expression of maximum space efficiency and minimal intrusion. Removal of the ceiling plane allows space for a small home office loft. A sculptural steel staircase is cantilevered from the wall, functioning both as creative vertical access and minimalist sculpture.
