The creative terracing of this hillside site allows this custom residence to make the most from its compact size. A small lap pool located on the downslope end of the lot doubles as a retaining wall and allows the house to maximize connections to adjacent outdoor spaces at the ground level. Upstairs the sleeping and bathing areas are strategically positioned to maximize both privacy and canyon views to the surrounding Arroyo.
